Putting on your Model Industrial mask is simple, but a few tips will help you keep it in perfect condition. Before wearing, remove any rings, bracelets, or sharp objects that could scratch the silicone. Gently stretch the mask’s neck opening with the back of your hands, starting near your ears, and carefully slide it over your head. Use your palms to adjust the mask slowly, making sure the eyes and mouth align just right — be extra careful around delicate areas like the nostrils and edges. 

Important : Never use adhesives or glue with your mask, as this may cause permanent damage (T&C Clause 37). When taking it off, slide your hands inside the mask, stretch it open, and lift it away gently. Note : All masks are sold 'as-is' after video approval (Clause 20). Absolutely! You can use powder makeup like eye shadow or blush to enhance your silicone mask. To keep your mask in top condition, were commend avoiding products with sulfur, latex, ammonia, oils, or alcohols, asthese can harm the silicone. Stick to powder-based cosmetics and skip long-lasting or creamy makeup, such as foundation or grease pencils, which can be tough to remove and may damage the mask's finish. 

Important : Any makeup application or removal is done at your own risk (T&C Clause 37). When cleaning, use our Polisae Makeup Remover and follow our guide for safe, gentle removal — avoid oily or cream-based removers to protect the mask's vibrant colors. Note : All masks are sold 'as-is' after video approval (Clause 20), and we cannot be held liable for damage from makeup products or cleaning methods. Keeping your silicone mask clean and well-maintained ensuresit stays in top condition for all your future adventures! For everyday cleaning, gently wipe the mask with a soft cloth and mild soap, rinse with water, and pat it dry. For a deeper clean, try using a baby wipe, a light spray of isopropyl alcohol wiped with a paper towel, or a mix of dish soap and warm water — just remember to avoid scrubbing, as it can damage the mask’s painted finish. 

Important : These methods are recommendations only - all cleaning is performed at your own risk (T&C Clause 37). To keep the inside fresh, use wet wipes to neutralize skinacids, then dry it with a hair dryer. After cleaning, dust the inside with talcum powder and store it in its breathable bag, stuffed with soft material like foam or tissue, away from heat and light. Note : All masks are sold 'as-is' after video approval (Clause 20). We cannot be held liable for damage from cleaning methods, storage, or modifications. If your silicone mask has minor damage, you may attempt home repairs using silicone adhesives like Sil-Poxy or GE Silicone 1 Clear - clean the area with rubbing alcohol, apply adhesive, and let cure for 24 hours. However,all masks are sold 'as-is' (T&C Clause 20), and DIY repairs void all protections (Clause 37). Model Industrial Studio assumes no liability for modified masks or unauthorized alterations (Clause 35). For professional assistance, email photos of the damage and your order number to query@model-industrial.com. While we don't sell headforms, we recommend storing masks on standard mannequin heads (available at craft stores) in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight and heat sources (above 80°F/27°C may damage silicone per T&C Clause 37). For optimal preservation : 

1) Stuffthe mask with acid-free tissue when not in use, 

2) Avoid hanging by the edges long-term, and 

3) Store in the provided breathable bag if displaying isn't possible.

We strongly advise against using adhesives with our silicone masks. Any glue application voids product protections (T&C Clause 37) and may cause permanent damage to the mask's interior lining. While specialty adhesives exist for thin silicone prosthetics, our full-coverage masks are engineered to stay secure without adhesives through precise anatomical fitting. Important : Attempting to modify the mask's fit with glue transfers all liability to the user (Clause 35) and invalidates any professional repair options. Yes! All our masks feature precisely positioned ear spacesand ventilation holes for both optimal hearing and breathability. The discreet openings are carefully sized to maintain realism while ensuring comfort during extended wear.

However, modifying the ear spaces voids all product protections (Clause 35).
