2. Timeframes exclude days when the studio is not operational due to public holidays, for cemajeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unexpected situations), or any other special closures.

3. In cases of force majeure or exceptional closures, the studio will inform customers of any changes to timelines and will offer revised deadlines or refund options as needed.

4. The 'Seller' refers to www.model-industrial.com, the Official Global Licensed Distributor of Model Industrial products, operating under authorization from Model Industrial Studio (Zhejiang, PRC). The Seller facilitates worldwide sales but does notmanufacture, design, or assume liability for products beyond local consumer law obligations.

5. ‘Customer’ means the individual completing checkout. ‘Product’ refers to goods as inspected and approved in pre-shipment video confirmation. By purchasing, customers acknowledge they reviewed all terms, including liability limitationsin this Terms & Conditions.

6. We accept the following payment methods : All international card transactions facilitated by Stripe and PayPal. Additionally, bank transfers can be accommodated upon request.

7. Upon placing an order, an invoice will be sent to your registered email address within one business day. It is crucial that the total payment, which includes shipping costs, is received in our account within two business days from the invoice date (for example, if the invoice is dated Monday, payment must be finalized by Wednesday at 23:59 UTC). Should there be a delay in payment due to bank processing, please provide proof of transfer within 48 hours to avoid cancellation of your order. For bank transfers, proof of payment must be emailed to query@model-industrial.com within the same 2-business-day period. Orders that remain unpaid after the specified deadline will be automatically canceled, incurring a 15% cancellation fee on the amount paid. Generally, all shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated based on the shipping service used or modified by us. Any adjustments will result in the issuance of a new invoice and an extended payment period.

8. Paymentsfor purchases are processed on the day the order is placed, utilizing either acredit card or PayPal. For credit card transactions, the debit will usually appear on the bank account 4 days following the order date, and the order will be deemed valid only after receiving approval from the bank's payment centers. Conversely, if payment is made through PayPal, the transaction will be completed or declined immediately.

9. The customer must document and print the payment information if he wishes to retain a record of his money transfer.

10. The payment order can also be processed via a bank transfer using the details available on the website or through alternative communication methods upon request, if applicable.

11. Order fulfillment operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly send an email to inquire about the current wait time for made-to-order items.

12. The "Estimated Completion & Ship Dates" are subject to change and are influenced by factors such as current workload, seasonal demand, and material availability. Upon successful placement of a customer order, an estimated completion and shipping date will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

13. The studio is unable to guarantee specific delivery dates unless an expedited service is both requested and approved. Even in these instances, the guarantee may be subject to change based on various production factors or unforeseen circumstances, such as material delays or force majeure events. Consequently, customers should carefully consider their need for expedited service if they cannot tolerate any delays in their deadlines or preferred delivery dates. Each request for expedited service that is approved will result in a separate quote provided to the customer on an individual basis.

14. Once production starts, refunds will not be granted under any circumstances - including for missed expedited deadlines, force majeureevents, or any other reason. All sales are final upon production commencement, and customers acknowledge they have thoroughly evaluated their requirements before ordering.

15. We typically necessitate a signature for shipped products, when feasible. This measure is implemented to safeguard your items and ensure they are delivered to the intended recipient.

16. The items for which the studio has confirmed the order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer in the purchase order, within the general timeframe: Silicone Masks - 2 business weeks, or as otherwise indicated on the product page.

17. Delivery is conducted by reliable shippers and/or carriers, with the shipping cost displayed on the screen during the checkout process. This cost is determined based on the weight, volume, and destination of the items.

18. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, which are based on the disclosed fees and expenses.

19. The customer is consistently able to ascertain the status of the avoidance for each of their orders by utilizing the information provided on the website, within the restricted area, and through customer service of Model Industrial Studio.

20. All items undergo inspection and client approval via a preliminary video check before shipping. Once the item leaves our studio, we are not liable for damages caused by shipping companies or third parties. However, the customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours to qualify for potential claims against the carrier if feasible.

21. All reserves and complaints should be submitted to Model Industrial Studio via email at the addresses previously mentioned.

22. All sales are final. Customers who refuse delivery or fail to collect shipments irrevocably forfeit all payments (including shipping fees) and relinquish all rights to the goods, which may be disposed of or resold at Model Industrial Studio’s sole discretion. No redelivery will be attempted unless the customer prepays 100% of new shipping costs. By ordering custom-made goods, UK/EU customers expressly waive their right to cancel under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

23. Refunds are only available if requested within 48 hours of order placement (pre-production) and incur a 15% fee; all other sales are final. No refunds will be issued for customer remorse, sizing errors, misuse, product variations from digital previews, force majeure events, or shipping delays. Store credit, redeemable for identical products only, may be offered at the Studio’s sole discretion.

24. All products undergo mandatory pre-shipment inspection and customer approval via video confirmation. By consenting to shipment, the customer irrevocably acknowledges the product meets quality standards, and Model Industrial Studio disclaims all liability for defects thereafter—whether alleged to stem from manufacturing, shipping, or third-party actions. As a separate service, customers may purchase optional repair assistance from Model Industrial Studio’s certified technicians at standard rates. Such repairs constitute a new transaction unrelated to the original sale and do not imply admission of defect or liability.

25. In exceptional cases, exchanges necessitate management authorization and may vary based on the particular item involved.

26. Exchanges for custom-painted masks or appliances are not permitted.

27. Orders for make-to-order items, including Silicone Masks, cannot be cancelled after production has commenced. A cancellation fee of 15% will be charged for orders cancelled prior to production to account for payment processing and material procurement.

28. Returns of masks are not permitted due to hygiene considerations. Our customer service team is available to assist you with any inquiries related to the product or your orders.

29. All custom-made items are hand-painted and meticulously finished. It is normal to anticipate some variation in color or design.

30. Policies governing custom projects will be formulated at the time of commissioning and will remain in effect throughout the duration of the contract, requiring consent from both the client and the studio. A non-refundable upfront deposit of 40% is required for custom projects. Subsequently, an additional 30% is payable upon approval of the sculpt, withthe remaining 30% due upon project completion and prior to shipment, all of which are also non-refundable.

31. Customers who wish to request custom paint or modifications that necessitate a reference image are required to email the reference photo to us at query@model-industrial.com within 48 hours of making the full payment. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of your order, and your payment will be refunded, less a 15% cancellation fee, provided that production has not yet begun.

32. In extraordinary situations, modifications requested after the 48-hour period following full payment will incur a fee of $30.00 per request, pending MTO team approval. If modifications are deemed unfeasible, the Studio reserves the right to :

a) Proceed with the original approved design, or

b) Negotiate an additional fee and timeline adjustment toaccommodate changes. Under no circumstances will modification requests entitle the customer to cancel the order or demand a refund of the non-refundable deposit.

33. Our products are specifically intended for application in film, theater, and entertainment. However, acquiring a mask does not inherently provide unrestricted usage rights for all media projects related to film, television, or entertainment, particularly for commercial endeavors. For inquiries regarding usage rights, please reach out to us or the license holders of the pertinent projects directly. We disclaim any liability for misuse by third parties, regardless of its legality.

34. The seller operating under the trading name "Model Industrial" hereby notifies the customer that the goods and services encompassed by this contract are supplied by Model Industrial Studio. All products manufactured solely by Model Industrial Studio may be designated as "Model Industrial" products.

35. Model Industrial Studio shall not be held liable for any misuse of its products or the content derived from them by users or third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, the following actions :

a) The act of reproducing, copying, distributing, providing public access through any form of publication, or altering the content, unless the individual has obtained permission from the rights holder or the action is legally permissible.

b) The act of removing, bypassing, or altering the "copyright" and other pertinent information regarding the rights of holders that are present on the pages of www.model-industrial.com, or any information systems that may encompass the pages of www.model-industrial.com, or any other online or offline entities previously linked to Model Industrial Studio.

c) The act of utilizing the pages of www.model-industrial.com to post messages online/offline that are not directly related to the site's content. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal, unlawful, defamatory, or any material that infringes upon the rights of third parties or may harm computer systems. Model Industrial Studio reserves the right to remove any message that it deems inappropriate or illegal.

Model Industrial Studio denies any responsibility for any consequences arising from the exchange of information between users via www.model-industrial.com or its official digital communication platforms, which include but are not limited to social media, discussion boards, and messaging groups, etc. The person responsible for producing the content shown on their digital display is accountable for its representations..

Customers assume full responsibility for all risks of use—including allergic reactions, legal restrictions, or misuse—and hereby indemnify Model Industrial Studio and the Seller against any third-party claims arising from product use. This liability exclusion applies to all damages, whether arising from negligence, product malfunction, or unauthorized modifications, and supersedes all local consumer protection laws unless legally prohibited.

38. The obligations of Model Industrial Studio shall be confined solely to the value of the order in cases where errors or omissions have taken place, provided that Model Industrial has previously implemented all necessary precautions for the presentation of the products.

Model Industrial Studio shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill the contract due to Force Majeure events (including but not limited to stock shortages, strikes, natural disasters, or disruptions to postal/transportation services). In such cases, we will notify customers of delays and propose rescheduling or alternative solutions. Refunds will only be considered if production has not yet commenced, per the strict no-refund policy post-production.

41. Model Industrial Studio retains all rights to the texts, works, illustrations, and images displayed on the pages of the website www.model-industrial.com, in compliance with copyright law and Intellectual Property regulations.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of Model Industrial Studio’s intellectual property (including catalog content, designs, or website materials) is prohibited and will incur legal action. Limited exceptions allow personal, non-commercial social media sharing if Model Industrial Studio is tagged and content remains unaltered.
